I am passionate about the footprint of food.

Connection to our food is vital and the origins of the contents of our plates can have a positive impact on the planet or a negative one.

As an earth lover, I am committed to sourcing local, fair trade, sustainable and organic ingredients wherever possible. I cook to the seasons, always ensuring my dishes are potent in flavour & freshness and low in carbon footprint.

I am also a passionate animal lover and can conjure vegan and vegetarian meals that are equally (if not more) delectable than non-vegetarian dishes.

In saying that, if you prefer a non-vegetarian menu, this is happily arranged and wild, organic & ethical meat and fish can be sourced.
